qKodes provides IT consulting, software development, and related technology services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

4. Payment Terms

All work product, including but not limited to software, designs, and documentation, remains the intellectual property of qKodes unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

qKodes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements with written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due immediately.
